Allameh Tabatabaee Language Institute (ATLI) is an outstanding language education institution in the region whose central mission is to provide excellence in education through a caring environment that encourages the holistic development of each student. Founded in 1995, ATLI is conveniently located in the famous Quarter of Rasht- Golsar. The student body and faculty form a close-knit community valuing responsible humanity, tolerance, multiculturalism, and disciplined work habits. The teaching methods, will not only improve students’ general linguistic and communicative skills in English, but will also prepare them with the means to succeed in academic studies in this challenging world. When students first arrive, they will have a face-to-face interview and several tests to determine their level of English. The information from the interview and the tests is used to place students into the appropriate level, ranging from basic to advance.
Faculty & Staff
The instructors in ATLI are professional, experienced teachers who specialize in the teaching of English as a Foreign language (EFL). In addition to being fluent English speakers, instructors are required to have M.A., Ph.D. or other language teaching certificates.
